Stödrulle / Support Device MSG116

Stödrulle MSG 116 är avsedd att monteras på apparatstativ eller liknande för att underlätta vid lyft av tunga jordningsdon. Med hjälp av rullen är det lätt att skjuta isolerstången med jordningsdonet upp till kontaktdonet på ledaren. Rullen kan monteras på stålkonstruktioner med godstjocklek max. 20 mm. Frigående hål för M 16 fordras för montering av stödrullen.
Vid placering av jordtag så högt som möjligt på apparatstativet kan donlinans längd begränsas. Längden blir obetydligt längre än isolatorn för respektive spänning.
Jordningsdonet blir med denna princip, lättare att lyfta och donlinan kommer ej att beröras av den person som utför jordningen, vilket medför ökad personsäkerhet.
Bilden visar principen för jordningsutförandet. Jordtaget är ett kontaktdon, JBAS 200, i form av en bygel som med ett bultförband placeras högt upp på apparatstativet. I höjd med kontaktdonet placeras en stödrulle, MSG 116, som underlättar upplyftningen av donet.
Jordningsdonet är ett JK42-JK42 eller JK47-JK47.

Support device MSG 116 is designed to be installed on sub-station frames. The installation both makes lifting of heavy earthing devices easier and safer for the lineman. Using the device it is easy to slide the insulating pole with the earthing device up to the line.
The device can be installed on frames of max. 20 mm thickness. Holes for M 16 bolts are required for the installation on the frame.
If the earthing point is placed as high as possible on a substation frame the earthing line length can be shortened to a length approx. that of the insulator for the measured voltage.
Based on this principle the device will be easier to lift and the earthing cable does not need to be touched by the person carrying out earthing, which results in increased personal safety.

Contact fitting JBAS 200, a loop on an Al-profile, is installed high on the frame with a balt group. At the same height the support device, MSG 116, is installed to help lifting of tools.
The earthing device is type JK42-JK42, or JK47-JK47.
