Ragnar Stålskog AB carries out planning and design work regarding choice and placement of earthing points and tools for different types of plants.
Furthermore, Ragnar Stålskog AB offers inventory and inspection of earthing equipment (see below), in order to see to it that the equipment meets the applicable standards and requirements.
Earthing equipment such as earthing devices/assemblies and insulating poles manufactured by Ragnar Stålskog AB are on delivery provided with an inspection label. This label is a guarantee and declaration that the tool has
passed prescribed inspections and conforms to applicable standards.
In order to maintain the continued high quality of the tools, these should be regularly tested and inspected (“Periodic inspection”). This more comprehensive inspection should be performed by an approved inspector. We recommend that the equipment is inspected annually, possibly at shorter intervals for equipment exposed to heavy wear.
